You may place an order for samples and patient materials once every 2 months, and our system will remind you about upcoming order sessions. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact NeutrogenaMD® Customer Care.
Neutrogena® determines available derm samples and resources based on seasonal patient needs and some are only valid for a limited time. Our sample page is refreshed with new supply every two months, before the start of each new order cycle.
An order cycle starts on the 1st of the month, every two months, starting January 1st of each year. Order cycles months (begin the 1st of the month): January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Neutrogena® chooses available derm samples and resources based on seasonal patient needs. Products and literature in the current NeutrogenaMD® catalog showcase all samples and resources that are available to you based on current supply levels.
All available professional product samples and patient literature for the current order cycle are presented on the NeutrogenaMD® site. After logging in, you may browse our full catalog here. If we do not currently have inventory on a sample, you'll see an 'out of stock' message on the order page.
You may always opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us.
